MATHEMATICS

 The purpose of field trip is usually observation for education, non experimental research or to provide students with experiences outside their everyday activities. As part of the B Ed curriculum, we the first year students went for afield trip on 25th March 2022. Departments were divided into 2 groups English, physical science and natural science was the first group and mathematics, social science and malayalam were the second group. The destination of the first group was trivandrum and second group was alappuzha. Faculties also accompanied with us. We arrived kottarakara at 7 am and had breakfast from Indian coffee house .we started our journey by 8 am.and reached krishnapuram palace bt 9.30 am..it was assigned for social science optional students..after that we set to milma cattle feed plant,pattanakkadu which was assigned for mathematics optional students.we reached there by 12 pm..after that had lunch by 2.30 pm..then we continued our journey and reached thakazhi memorial museum

 New college union and arts club inauguration of BMM II TC was held on 24 March 2022. The inaugural ceremony started at 10 am. Smt July A, associate professor, govt women's college , Tvm  was the chief guest and she delivered a warm speech. Presidential address was given by our principal Roy sir. Rev. Zachariah rambacham delivered the key note adress and artist Anunand .S  inaugurated the arts club. All the union members introduced themselves  to the students and the formal session ended by 12 pm. The informal session included dance, songs and several games by various departments  and afternoon there was a magical performance by Anunand  and his band. It was really great experience and we all loved it..🤗❤💛

 The college union Dhwani of BMM II TC has conducted arts fest in 4 days 15,16,17 and 18 th of March 2022. For the arts fest students were divided into 3 groups and competitions were conducted on the basis of these groups. The arts fest was inaugurated by Rev Zachariah rambachan and Riju sir coordinated all the programmes and Leena miss and Sivapriya miss were in charge for the fest..Students from each groups paraticipated in different items with team spirit. I participated in vanjippattu and thirivathira and got second prize for both items. I really enjoyed these days and helped to create a friendship with all students of the college..😄🥰❤

 Today there was a workshop session on art education. Respected M. Gopalakrishnan Nair sir from oyoor took the session.he is a retired HSA. Workshop session started at 10 am. later Riju sir introduced the resource person..then Gopalakrishnan sir gave some basic information about the  workshop and started the class.. firstly he made a beautiful spiral item with spring and straw, secondly made two different puppets using paper glass..later he made a polygon shaped item using chart paper..at last he taught us to make a photo frame..the class was very interesting and helpful for all of us and attended the session with a happy mind. The session ended by 4.pm Riju sir gave the felicitation and athira from malayalam  department gave vote of thanks..✌

 The mathematics association of our college celebrated pi day. The programme started at 2 pm in the seminar hall..Sneha k Alex welcomed the gathering.  Leena miss delivered the presidential address and principal Roy sir gave a small speech about the importance  of pi. Nadina shefeek ,second year students presented a ppt about pi. The formal session ended by  the vote of thanks by Jacob k Alex. The informal session started with a welcome dance by all the students of mathematics department. Then we conducted some cultural programmes and quiz competition.. the programme ended by 4 pm with national anthem..😊😊

International women's day celebration was conducted on 8 th March 2022 in our college. Dr. Rajini Athmaja miss from DB College, sasthamkotta was the chief guest and she inaugurated the function and shared her thoughts and experience. After formal session various cultural programmes such as dance, songs and game sessions were conducted. College canteen was also inaugurated on this day..🤗🍬🍬

 As part of the B Ed curriculum, we the first semester teacher trainees have to observe 3 demonstration classes. Each are half hour sessions started at 11.45 am. After the end of 3 sessions there was a reflection programme conducted in the seminar hall.
