Workshop On Leadership Training

 Leadership and management courses are specialized programmes designed to help us learn new leadership techniques and refine old skills including assertive communication,motivation methods and coaching.

As part of the B Ed curriculum, a workshop on leadership training was conducted on 8th March 2022. It was held by Mr  E K Jijan sir,Assistant professor, Mount Tabor training college, pathanapuram.He introduced himself and shown some pictures on the screen and entered to the topic leadership quality and skills of leadership. 

In the last session he divided us into six groups and conducted some interesting activities. It increased our confidence level and and helped to interact with each other in an effective way. He showed a dance video and asked all of us to dothe same. We did it happily and more energetically..😊👌
