Reading Day

 June 19 was celebrated as National reading day.Today special assembly was conducted in M.T.H.S for girls kottarakara. The assembly was conducted by class 10-B students. Dr Suman Alexander,retired principal St.Gregorios college kottarakara was the chief guest of reading day program. She inaugurated and delivered a wonderful speech about the importance of reading. Honourable headmaster Sri Jacob Abraham inaugurated the Vidhyarangam kalasahithya vedhinand released the Vayana pathippu. School choir sung a beautiful song about the importance of reading. VAAYANA MOOLA competition was conducted in the school.The competition was conducted as upper primary and high school sessions. All students make a wonderful reading corner in their classes.

 COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP - ഏകം  As a part of Kerala University B.Ed curriculum, community living camp was organised in our college Baselios marthoma Mathews II training college, kottarakara. After all the discussions committees are selected for the conduction of the camp. I got opportunity to work in the finance committee. The camp was named as "ഏകം" The title was arraised from the idea of inclusion.  Vineeth sir was selected as the camp convenor and Sheeja teacher was the camp organiser.  Formal session begin by 10.30Am. After the flag hosting, Vineeth sir gave a warm welcome to the guests .our respected principal Sri.Roy sir was presided over the function and delivered the presidential speech. The program was inaugurated by Sri.S.R.Ramesh , Kottarakara municipality chairman. Our local manager Rev.Fr.M.Jacob delivered the keynote address.  As a part of EDU 13.9 optional paper's subject based activity an e-content was developed on the topic "Area of circle". The topic was selected from SCERT mathematics textbook class IX part 2.
